Five Days. Ridiculously Low Price. Then It’s Gone.
Starting Monday, September 28, The A.I.M. Framework for Local Business Marketing is live on Amazon. For five days, September 28 through October 2, the Kindle edition is $0.99. After that, it goes to full price and stays there.
Why the Price Window Exists
I want as many local business owners as possible to have this book in their hands the week it launches, not the week they finally get around to it. So for five days, I’m pricing it low enough that cost isn’t the reason you wait.
This isn’t a gimmick and it isn’t going to repeat. Once the window closes, the price goes back to normal for every format, permanently.
The 99 Cents Window Closes
When This Timer Reaches Zero
Five days, September 28 through October 2. Then the Kindle price goes to $10.95 and stays there.
Becoming the obvious choice doesn’t happen by accident. I’m Chuck McKay.
What to Buy, and When
| When | Format | Price |
|---|---|---|
| September 28 – October 2 | Kindle | $0.99 |
| October 3 onward | Kindle | $10.95 |
| September 28 onward | Paperback | $24.95 |
| September 28 onward | Hardcover | $39.95 |
The $0.99 price applies to the Kindle edition only, and only during the five-day window above. Paperback and hardcover are available starting launch day at their regular price and are not part of the discount.
Every edition, including paperback, is printed in full color. Most business books print in black and white to save cost. This one doesn’t. The illustrations, the diagrams, and the QR codes are printed the way they were designed to look, in every format you choose.
Join the Launch Team
Here’s something most readers don’t know: what happens in a book’s first week determines almost everything about whether it succeeds. Amazon’s bestseller rankings are driven by how many people buy in a short window, not by sales spread out over months. A book that sells steadily for a year will never rank the way a book that sells hard for seven days will.
I’m asking you to be part of that first week. Here’s exactly what helps, in order:
- Buy your copy during launch week. Ideally within the five-day window, September 28 through October 2. Timing matters more than almost anything else.
- Leave a review within 48 hours of finishing it, or even a first-impressions review shortly after you buy it. Early reviews carry more weight than reviews that trickle in later, and they help the next reader decide to buy.
- Share this page once. With your network, your team, a business group you belong to. One honest share from someone who knows you is worth more than any ad I could run.
That’s the whole ask. Three things, one week.
Why Reviews and Timing Actually Matter
I’ll be straight with you about why this matters, because I think you deserve to know rather than just be asked.
Amazon’s bestseller lists are calculated on velocity: how fast a book is selling right now, not how many copies it’s sold total. A hundred sales concentrated into three days can outrank a thousand sales spread across a year. Early reviews work the same way. They signal to Amazon, and to other readers, that the book is worth paying attention to right when it matters most.
None of that happens by accident. It happens because a group of people decided, on purpose, to act in the same window. If you buy this week and review it early, you’re not just getting the book at a good price. You’re one of the people who determines whether it reaches the readers who need it.
One Thing Before You Buy
This book isn’t for everyone. I’d rather tell you now than have you find that out after you’ve bought it. It’s not for someone looking for inspiration but with no intention of implementing anything. It’s not for someone trying to fake their way to a better-looking business. It’s not for someone who’ll hand it to an employee and never engage with it themselves.
If that’s not you, I think you’re going to get real value out of this book, starting in the first three chapters.
