Welcome to AIMFrameworkBook.com (the “Site”), operated by Wizard of Ads Chuck McKay, Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”). 1. Who May Use the Site

The Site is intended for business owners, marketers, and professionals age 18 or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. The Interactive Tools

The Site offers a number of interactive tools, including but not limited to the AI Trust Compass, Identity Audit, NAP Consistency Scanner, Review Profile Analyzer, PPC Profit Check, and the Chapter 12 Alignment diagnostic (collectively, the “Tools”). The Tools use third-party AI processing (including Anthropic's Claude API) and, in some cases, third-party data sources (including Google's Places API) to generate results based on the information you provide.

The Tools are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Results are generated automatically and are not reviewed individually by us before being shown to you. The Tools do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, tax, accounting, or marketing consulting advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Tool result. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on Tool output.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, the A.I.M. Framework methodology, Tool design and output formatting, and the book The A.I.M. Framework for Local Business Marketing, is owned by Wizard of Ads Chuck McKay, Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use Site content for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information to the Tools
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying logic, prompts, or code of the Tools
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Use automated means to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it

5. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services to operate, including Anthropic (AI processing), Google (Places API), ConvertKit (email management), Resend (email delivery), and Railway (hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services, and your use of features that rely on them is subject to those providers' own terms and policies where applicable.

6. No Warranty

The Site and the Tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizard of Ads Chuck McKay, Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Amazon and other retailers. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

9. Changes to the Site or These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
