Not your category - your actual service. "Plumber" is a category. "Fixing leaks and installing water heaters" is a service.

Who do you serve?
Be specific. "Homeowners" is vague. "Homeowners in Decatur with older homes" is clear.

Where do you serve them?
Geography matters. "Indianapolis metro" or "Hamilton County" tells people if you're in their area.

Why choose you?
What makes you different from the next option? If there's no reason, the decision comes down to price.
